The resemblance between the two men are in the mouth and nose, and general shape of their heads. The woman in the color photo also seems to have a similar nose.
With the profile view of the b&w woman, its harder to compare her with the other photos.
The resemblance I see are the eyes, nose, chin. However, it’s harder to tell on the man with the beard.
