  Text	ADKINS MRS. BERNICE ADKINS Suddenly, Wednesday, April 19, 1967, in Nashville, Indiana. Survived by husband, Dr. Rutherford H. Adkins; daughter, Miss Sheila Adkins; one son, Mark W. Adkins, all of Nashville; mother, Mrs. Vivian Bernice Lee of Frederick, Md.; father, William O. Lee Sr. of Washington, DC; one sister, Mrs. Gloria Weedow of Frederick, Md.; two brothers, William O. Lee Jr. and Clifford E. Lee, both of Frederick, Md.; an aunt, Mrs. Mary Holland of Frederick, Md.; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 8 until 10 p.m. at William Gunter's funeral home. Special memorial service by Circle-Lets Inc. at 10 p.m. and Omega Omega service by Delta Sigma Theta Inc. at 10:30 p.m. Funeral services will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Eighth Avenue, conducted by the Rev. Kelly Miller Smith. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. H. PRESTON SCALES & SONS, Murfreesboro, directors.
