  Text	On Saturday, the 7th inst., while Mr. Green Hart, who lives in the 24th district of this county, was in the woods at work, an old limb fell from an adjoining tree, and striking him on the head, mashed his skull and killed him instantly. This accident occurred about 12 o'clock, as he was last heard at work about that time. Not coming to his dinner or supper, his family became uneasy and a search was instituted, when he was found in a condition to verify the above statement, his axe in hand under him and he across the rail timber upon which he had been at work.
